- The
- **Senior Social Media & Content Manager** will drive the Group’s 360 communication in terms of social media, influence and media campaigns trough key levers: content creation, lead of an international network, agencies collaboration.
- This role, previously more “junior”, is an opportunity for someone with a creative mind to bring together deep expertise in content strategy, reputational thinking in various international and corporate environments.
- This person will be expected to ensure alignment between all the social media actions driven by different entities (whole corporate communication team, business units/ countries, agencies, factories ). He/She will also plays a critical role in the following of the e-reputation of the Group (monitoring of crisis, data analysis )- To support this ambition, the Senior social content & media manager will be directly responsible both for strategy and operational approach of his/her scope.
- Most precisely, by:
- Reinforcing the social media strategy and the transformation of the ecosystem,
- leading the social media roadmap and a not homogeneous network
- ensuring that the Group's messages are transcribed in a language specific to social networking channels,
- proposing new creative content, whether it be videos, captions, infographics...
- pursuing the deployment of an employee advocacy and digital leadership strategy
- starting to set up operations with influencers
- setting social media paid campaigns at an international levels**Position sizing**:

- Manages several communication agencies at different levels of positioning, and possibly one to two persons (apprentices)
- Lead a whole network (around 50 people)
- Close work with the Corporate communication director and the Head of external communication & global content

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Communication strong communicator with a logical, structured, clear and mature style
- Hyper-collaborative, autonomous, organized, proactive and adaptable
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication (in French and English)
- Appetite for innovation & creativity
- Up-to-date knowledge of and genuine interest in content strategies, emerging social media and digital trends and the opportunities they present
- Ability to drive multiple service providers in diverse regions and activities
- Positive mindset with a “learning never stops” attitude
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
- Capable of quickly engaging audiences of all levels.

**Education and experience**
- Business and/or Communication graduate degree
- 8 to 10+ years’ experience in a communications position
- Experience in an international medium to large-scale company
- Fluent English, additional languages appreciated.
- Social media strong experience with regular interactions with agencies
- Have already been exposed to crisis situations
