Role Summary
The Senior Paid Media Specialist will lead the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels. This role is responsible for driving traffic, lead generation, and brand growth through data-driven strategies. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms, combined with sharp analytical skills and a deep understanding of performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute multi-channel paid media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display), Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic DSPs.
Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPA, CPC, ROI, ROAS, traffic, and lead quality.
Conduct A/B testing to improve creative, targeting, bidding, and landing page performance.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting
Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust strategies as needed.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign impact and user behaviour.
Identify new opportunities and trends to refine targeting and budget allocation.
- Budget Management
Manage and allocate paid media budgets efficiently across channels.
Forecast media spend and support annual planning processes.
Ensure cost efficiency and maximize ROI across all performance campaigns.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Work closely with content, creative, CRM, product, and local market teams to align on campaign needs.
Collaborate with agencies, media partners, and vendors as needed.
Provide expert guidance on paid media best practices to internal stakeholders.
- Innovation & Market Insights
Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, algorithm changes, and platform updates.
Explore and test new channels/technologies to drive incremental growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 8 + years of hands-on experience in paid media/performance marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce, automotive, tech, or fast-moving consumer industries is a plus.
- Strong command of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and DSP tools.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, attribution models, and tagging (e.g., GTM).
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking combined with strong business acumen.
