- Product Manager

**The Opportunity**

You are curious about fintech and want to work for the European leader in payment services with a worldwide presence?

Join a product composed by experienced payment professionals and dealing every day with international merchants among several verticals including retail, transport & hospitality.

We are looking for a new key member in our team, being product manager of Android for our in-person payment platform (Paris or Amsterdam office).

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**

Lead & execute product strategy on new Android devices (short to long term, via OKR & product planning)

Understand merchant expectations & conduct merchant user groups to assess new product development initiatives, new services or operational improvement initiatives

Collaborate closely with different teams in agile mode, especially with other product managers & product teams to detail business requirements into concreate features and enhanced customer journeys to get it prioritize into backlogs

Design & support the execution of product Go-to-Market strategy (pricing, communication, documentation, training) in cooperation with product marketing & vertical solution teams. This includes the presentations of the product to the Go-to-Market organization and the support of this organization to ensure the good positioning of the Product both on functionality & value

Be the voice of API strategy towards R&D & operation teams in order to enhance current partner integration & new features go to market, in particular for mobility use cases & Android environments

Communicate cross-company the strategy and new releases while measure impact & outcomes

Manage profitability of own product set piloting usage / revenues and costs associated

**Who Are We Looking For**

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
5 years at least of experience as Product Manager with a background on Android and/or payment product

Product sense, being passionate to understand customers & build successful products

Strong collaboration skills to organize cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features

Appetite in working in technological & complex environment

Solid knowledge of the payment ecosystem & agile methodologies

Fluent in English and ideally in French

A degree or master’s in science/economics
