As an emotionally intelligent professional with a background of understanding and responding to customers needs, you will use this role to join our growing business in this new position working alongside senior stakeholders in driving key strategic relationships whilst showcasing your appetite for overachievement.

**Your responsibilities**:

- As a commercial expert, your role is to develop turnover, by intervening with our customers (hospitals, clinics, etc.).
- You will identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction
- Develop trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Planning and managing the full relationship between us and our key accounts across the Rhône-Alpes territory
- Builds and maintains relationships with key opinion leaders in the designated territory.
- Additional responsibilities as directed by regional sales manager
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
- Proactively leading the joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one to three-year period.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams
- Identify and approach new potential strategic customers

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or above, majoring in biomedical education and preferably have experience in the sale of life-sustaining and medical equipment
- Successful sales achievement will be demonstrated along with your hunger to achieve more
- Comprehensive Sales experience essential, but personality is everything
- Evidence of emotional intelligence is critical
- Hands on experience with CRM software and account management systems
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- An ability to address customer requests through strong listening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Proven negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Flexible to travel as required
- Fluent in French with a good level of Business English
- Ability to work in the country for which you have applied without the requirement for company sponsorship
