The Company has been active since the 1970s under the chairmanship of Francesco Casoli. Over 3000 employees play their part in helping us produce about 17 million items a year between hoods and electric motors. Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.

**MISSION**
Support the planning and management of product trainings, as well as monitor the launch of new products on the market.
**MAIN ACTIVITIES**
- Carry out product training with Elica Stakeholders (delegates / clients / kitchen stores);
- Support the launch of new products on the market by testing samples, preparing technical tables for catalogues, review of materials, etc.;
- Monitor market and competitor analysis;
- Collect price and performance comparisons by ranges/models;
- Produce evolution reports by ranges and models with sell-in/sell-out data.
**Requirements**:
- At least Bachelor’s degree Administration/ or Marketing/ or Economics;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point);
- Native Spanish, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Italian and Portuguese will be considered a plus;
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills;
- Good flexibility and adaptability skills.
