Job description
Responsible to ensure the aircraft acceptance will take in consideration with the certifying staff onsiteWORKS COORDINATION- Responsible to ensure that the certifying staff has the adequate tooling to perform the works on the aircraft
- Responsible to ensure that the certifying staff has the adequate parts to perform the works on the aircraft
- Report of the daily operation by means of the daily planning. Responsible for the elaboration of the APO taking into consideration all of the charges to be paid by the client. The APO should also take into consideration the maintenance programs which the aircraft has as per published DABS agreed rated with the providers. Also responsible that the APO is signed and that the payment is received (if customer credit rate deams it applicable) prior to aircraft release;
- Responsible for the creation of all files related to the aircraft input (WAF, WO, APO, TASK CARDS)EXTERNAL COMMUNICATION- Responsible for all communication with the customer in order to collect all information regards to the event and is responsible for communicating with the Dassault Availability and initial costs for the assistance. Responsible for the evaluation of the customer PO including feasibility and for collecting all of the aircraft informationQUANTUM- Responsible to verify Quantum compliance prior to CRS release
- Responsible for Quantum Workapcakge opening to include all required tasks requested by the customer
- Responsible for Quantum Parts ordering (BOM and BOM notes)
- Responsible for the closing of the Quantum tasks once they have been received
- Responsible for the creation of all vendor POs covering any and all services contracted by DABS (this should include estimate costs if known. The POs should follow the published guidelines from the Logistics and Support DirectorWORK PACKAGE- Responsible to check all received documentation to ensure proper compliance of DABS Standards and issuing the CRS- Responsible to prepare the WP to be shipped to customer within the established time frame and scan to Quantum
Required profile
- KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED ESSENTIALRequires to have an extremely high work ethics and coordination due to the multi variety of works which need to be conducted during shiftDue to customer communication requires to be cordial and pleasentRequires to have a strong EASA Part 145 knowledge
