Based in Paris, you will be part of the Paris key city marketing team. This team will be accountable for:

- Humanising our brand through relationships on the ground with key communities, athletes, and athletes* that move our world forward through movement
- Engaging members 365 with focus on activity (movement), connections (relationships), and purpose - optimising key membership KPIs and bringing the magic of Nike to life on the ground for the members who love us the most
- Owning targeted brand extensions that feed off specific city insights
- Fuelling our global engine with sharp, relevant insights that can scale

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and talented brand marketeer with a passion for movement, a curiosity for our young consumer, and a strong desire to build deeper connections with them to fuel sport as a daily habit. An experienced marketeer with a solid understanding of our physical and digital ecosystem that will put his competencies at work to ideate, plan and execute experiences and events of all scales targeting primarily our Nike members. This individual will obsess the development of physical experiences and events that connect with our digital platforms, supporting the team’s efforts to acquire and retain members, contributing to position Brand experience as a center of excellence in Paris, championing O2O thinking and executions.

What the role will do

The Brand experience manager will lead and successfully implement coordinated event strategies that support the brand, vision, and objectives of our business partners, building innovative and impactful event experiences crafted to align with business objectives, and strengthen consumer and members commitment to the brand. It will also be critical to drive innovation and operational excellence through continuous pursuit and adoption of new ideas, technologies, and event management practices and procedures, managing efficiently our portfolio of agency partners.

Who will you work with?

In this role you will work fluidly across the full city marketing team, working with cross-functional marketing partners to bring disruptive experiences to life for our members and consumers in the city. You will work closely with the Performance & lifestyle marketing teams responsible for our 365 Brand programming and the Consumer Direct marketing team that drives Nike experiences for our members on a daily basis. You will also work closely with the Paris Creative studio to develop experiences that are in line with the Paris creative ethos.

As Brand experience manager, you will be reporting directly to the Paris Marketing Director.

Essential requirements:

- 6+ years of relevant work experience in the area of Event Management
- Digital fluency
- Demonstrated Program and/or Project Management experience in the event space
- Effective communicator at all levels with confirmed ability to influence and drive people and projects. Including presentations to high profile leaders and large audiences.
- Proven ability to assign and lead internal and external resources effectively across multiple projects
- Detail oriented with strong organizational, multi-tasking and budget management skills
- Proficiency in French and English
