What will you work on?

As a Paris Football Brand Manager, you will be a part of the Paris Brand Management function, reporting directly to the Paris Sports Performance Marketing Director. In this role your core duties will include:

- Identifying the people & organisations that best align to our brand values and can serve as the human face of our brand on the ground in one of our key cities. Then managing these relationships in a robust yet sustainable fashion, connection with football as a sharp point.
- Developing storytelling leveraging these relationships (athletes, clubs, federations, community partners), powered by our membership marketing engine, that drive consumer to become members, that coach our members to become better athletes*, and that reward our most engaged members IRL with the magic that only Nike can bring to life
- Gathering structured and continuous consumer & member insights to allow us to better serve members with passion, interest or affinity for football on the ground in Paris, and to feed back to EMEA/Global in order to help longer-term & seasonal concepts
- Facilitating production and execution on the ground of Global, EMEA and Local experiences and content capture

Who will you work with?

In this role you will work fluidly across the full city marketing team, as well as key partners like Sports Marketing, Comms and Team Sports. In close partnership with the EMEA Football Marketing team across mens, womens, kids, as well as Football Brand management teams across the EMEA region. It will also be expected for this role to interact on a regular basis with Global, EMEA & Local athletes, federations, clubs and community partners.

What you bring to Nike?

Essential requirements:

- Proven experience in marketing, with a strong focus on cross
- functional marketing.
- Prior experience in category or digital marketing, able to define and understand the full spectrum of the city consumer.
- A proven track record of connecting with our consumer through insight-led execution of cross-functional brand marketing campaigns
- Proven experience identifying, owning and managing external relationships with individuals and organisations, aligned to Nike’s strategic objectives
- Being fluent in the French language will be important to effectively own and manage external relationships.
- Deep knowledge of Greater Paris sport ecosystem
- Prior experience working closely with football clubs or federations
