You join the Data & Tooling team, within the CIB Chief Client Office (CCO CIB), whose mission is to support all CIB businesses in their commercial and strategic development. As the Data & Tooling team manager, you are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of the department’s IT projects.

You support, lead and manage your team of 6 people (four based in Paris and two in Porto) to meet the needs in close collaboration with the other departments of the CCO CIB department and business requirements.

On a daily basis, your mission is to:

- **Be the Chief Client Data Officer**:Define the scope of customer data to follow, coordinate data governance committees and ensure data quality in collaboration with the Porto team, while participating in strategic data source extension projects;
- **Drive DATA analytics**: Lead and coach the Data Analysts team to foster knowledge sharing, ensure stability and consistency of the customer data architecture, and participate in the development of data quality standards by integrating team feedback;
- **Perform the role of Business Manager of the Chief Client Office**: Prepare and facilitate departmental budget reviews, ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, and ensure engagement with them in the CIB CCO Business Review escalation process;
- **Take charge of project tracking governance with the IT Client**: Ensure budget envelope compliance and quality of deliverables. You structure change management by leading teams around new tools and processes to ensure their successful adoption.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

You have at least 10 years of experience in the field of data analysis, project management and strategic and financial management in the corporate banking (CIB) sector.

You are proficient:

- Data visualization tools (Power BI and Business Objects). On the other hand, skills in data science (modelling, machine learning and predictive analysis) would be appreciated;
- Strategic project management;
- Activity and team management.

You have an excellent relationship, a very good listening ability, and you are:

- Result-oriented and know how to support change;
- Recognized for your ability to work as a team and able to coordinate projects internationally;
- Interested in technological innovations.

You master English with a C1 level.
