Vous souhaitez jouer un rôle stratégique dans la structuration de la vision Data d'une startup GreenTech en forte croissance, avec des enjeux technologiques et environnementaux concrets ?Cette société tech innovante recherche un(e) Head of Data pour piloter sa stratégie Data & IA, encadrer les équipes et créer un impact mesurable grâce à des cas d'usage avancés en Computer Vision.Votre mission :En tant que Head of Data, vous serez garant(e) de la vision Data et IA de l'entreprise, avec une responsabilité directe sur les sujets Computer Vision, au service de produits à fort impact environnemental.Vos responsabilités principales :Définir et piloter la stratégie Data & IA en lien avec les enjeux business et environnementaux ;Construire et porter la vision technique autour de la Computer Vision (image, vidéo, détection, segmentation, classification, suivi d'objets, etc.) ;Élaborer les standards d'industrialisation des solutions IA, notamment pour les modèles de vision par ordinateur ;Garantir la cohérence des architectures, pipelines et outils ML (data pipelines, training, inference, monitoring) ;Superviser la mise en production de modèles IA : entraînement, optimisation, packaging, déploiement et maintenance ;Encadrer et faire monter en compétences les équipes Data (Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Consultants) ;Garantir la qualité, la sécurité et la conformité des données (RGPD, bonnes pratiques) ;Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes produit, tech et métier pour maximiser l'impact des solutions développées.Ce poste est fait pour vous si...Vous disposez d'une expertise solide et éprouvée en Computer Vision, avec des modèles déployés en production ;Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en Data Engineering, Machine Learning ou MLOps, et 5 ans ou plus en tant que Lead / Head of Data ou rôle équivalent ;Vous maîtrisez les frameworks de deep learning (PyTorch, TensorFlow) et les environnements ML en production ;Vous êtes à l'aise avec les problématiques de scalabilité, performance et robustesse des modèles ;Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac+5 minimum en informatique, data science, mathématiques appliquées ou IA ;Un PhD en Computer Vision, IA ou domaine connexe est un véritable atout ;Vous avez une vision stratégique, un leadership naturel et une forte capacité à fédérer des équipes techniques dans un contexte startup.Pourquoi postuler ?Rôle clé et structurant dans une startup à impact environnemental positif ;Projets IA concrets, innovants et alignés avec des enjeux climatiques et durables ;Forte autonomie et influence sur les choix technologiques ;Environnement startup dynamique, agile et en forte croissance ;Flexibilité : télétravail partiel, horaires adaptés ;Rémunération : 80K – 100K €, selon expérience.CDI – Paris / Île-de-FranceIntéressé(e) ?
