**Overview of the Position**

As the Head of Transformation at AXA Partners, you'll play a crucial role in driving our ambitious strategy forward. Your focus will be on leading and coordinating the global transformation agenda, ensuring alignment with our strategic plan, and overseeing the execution of key initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and regional leaders to drive change and deliver impactful results.

The Head of Transformation at AXA Partners plays a critical role in leading and coordinating the global transformation agenda.

**The dimensions of the role include**:

- Consolidating and confirming the transversal vision, structure, and roadmap of the transformation programme, ensuring alignment with the global strategy
- Acting as the lead on the global transformation initiatives portfolio and governance, challenging, consolidating, and reporting on timelines, progress, risks, costs, and benefits
- Providing support on the allocation of resources and sourcing strategy, managing a project management community, and growing the maturity in project and program management
- Leading and managing a global communication plan to share plans and milestones with relevant teams at AXA Partners and AXA Group level.

**The key responsibilities encompass various crucial tasks, including**:

- Coordinating the global transformation agenda, simplifying and leading transformation investment governance
- Coordinating the transformation of the operating model, ensuring the right initiatives are undertaken, and benefits are fully realized
- Building and maintaining an integrated transversal transformation roadmap and plans aligned with strategic priorities
- Ensuring the rapid and smooth execution of initiative efforts, leading transversal initiatives, and integrating financial and KPI tracking
- Coordinating project management resource needs and allocation of resources, providing leadership of the Global Transformation Programme
- Supporting a transversal view, coordination, and escalation of issues and risks, and workforce management on the pool of project managers
- Defining and establishing the professional family of transformation project managers, championing project management disciplines, and supporting project managers with skills development
- Steering efforts to impact and reinforce consistency and robustness of change and culture change backing the transformation.

**Su Perfil** About You**:

- Proven track record of strategically aligning financial resources with people resources, technology, and other assets to achieve desired strategic outcomes
- Significant experience in change management and digital/business transformation of a large multinational company
- Strong understanding of operations and business processes
- Proven managerial, leadership, and talent management skills
- Strong financial (P&L) and analytical skills
- Ability to drive delivery and advance complex global programs despite potentially adverse and changing conditions through effective governance and targeted executive escalation in a matrix organizational set up.
