**Job description**:
**Your Main Missions will be**:

- Lead and manage a talented team responsible for defining, synthesizing, and implementing industrial processes related to the parameters of clean and dry room environments and their effect on stock management & flow of materials and products.
- Work closely with the team to develop and implement a monitoring plan associated with the previously mentioned processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, production, and quality control, to align process design and implementation with overall business goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related the activity and identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in industrial processes related to clean and dry room environments, stockpiling, and maintenance, and implement relevant innovations into gigafactory operations.

**Profile**:
**Know How**
- Strong knowledge and understanding of industrial processes, including clean and dry room environments and internal logistics.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements and industry standards related to clean and dry room operations and stock management.
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvement and corrective actions.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage resources effectively.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a manager role, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience

**Qualifications**
- Degree in Engineering
- Professional level of French and English.
