While Acapela will focus on each of its markets (Transport, Customer Interaction, and Inclusive), Acapela is expanding and strengthening its sales department with a new Sales Manager dedicated to the French market
YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for finding and developing new business opportunities and growing the customer base mainly within France, but also internationally. You will report to the Head of Market - Customer Interaction and interact frequently with the rest of the sales team as well as the product team based in Mons, Belgium. We are looking for motivated sales hunters who want to further develop their careers through continuous professional development.
**Your days will be filled with**:
Identify, develop, and implement customer acquisition strategies to grow Acapela’s French customer base
Lead and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing (including commercial contract negotiations)
Build and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with our customers to achieve organic growth and promote recurring revenues
Create and update metrics for quarterly targets and forecasts
Participate in fairs, congresses, and other events to promote Acapela’s products and services within Europe or globally.
QUALIFICATIONS
**We are looking for someone who has**:
Minimum of 5+ years of experience gained in B2B software sales, preferably Enterprise Applications, previous experience with technical products or speech technologies/voice bots will be considered a plus
Consistent proven track record of over-achievement of quota expectations
Strong drive and motivation to acquire new business and expand market share
A goal-oriented and results-driven mindset to achieve and exceed sales strategies
Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to ask insightful questions and listen actively to understand customer needs and challenges in a technical environment
Willingness to travel and visit customers
Fluency in English and French is essential for this role
