- la clientèle Gestion privée et Banque privée des **Banques populaires** et **des Caisses d’Epargne**.

Filiale de NATIXIS, Teora fait partie du groupe BPCE, 2e acteur bancaire en France, qui lui offre solidité et sécurité. Elle compte 48 collaborateurs et gère près de 9 milliards d’euros.

You join the customer service team and manage flows and quality within the Operations, expertise & customer experience department, whose main mission is to take charge of and process requests, in compliance with quality standards and deadlines.

On a daily basis, your mission is to:

- Take charge of, analyze and process requests received within the scope of the department or assign them to the right recipient;
- Receive calls from network sales and Natixis Wealth Management by qualifying the request, analyzing it while providing a comprehensive response;
- Participate in the achievement of the quality objective and the management of customer telephone hotlines.

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
About you: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you are made to work with us
With a higher education (preferably in life insurance or wealth management), you have at least 3 years of experience in similar functions.

You are familiar with:

- Digital tools (customer interfaces);
- Life insurance and/or wealth management skills.

You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:

- Appreciated for your writing, analytical and synthesis skills;
- Known for your team spirit, pedagogy, adaptability and strong sense of customer relationship.

You master English with a B1 level.
