Key accountabilities
- Deliver all events and conferences for Euronext; either gong ceremonies, workshops or large scale events to support business and group objectives in close co-ordination with the businesses and clients.
- Ensure correct use of the corporate brand and providing visibility of events on other platforms such as social media.
- Co-ordinate all event logistics (invitations, guest lists, catering, presentation materials, audiovisual supports, media, webcasting, photography, security procedures, billboards / signs, ancillary services, gifts, etc.), negotiates contracts and manages relationships with outside vendors.
- Brief external agencies and suppliers where necessary, and managing them to deliver the best possible service.
- Develop objectives, strategies and key metrics for the overall effectiveness and execution of marketing events, such as trade shows and/or customer related events, in close co-ordination with the businesses.
- Manage, execute and seek to improve projects and marketing plans designed to maximize company exposure, produce sales leads.
- Manage the events budget, ensure compliance with Euronext processes (procurement, sign-off, branding guidelines, etc.).

**Profile**:

- Previous experience in an Events role, exposure to PR and Social Media is an advantage.
- Customer-focused and keen to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Strong sense of detail, strong organizational and time management skills.
- Multi-tasker, able to juggle and prioritize a number of diverse projects, under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Fluent in English; while French, Italian and Deutch are a plus
