Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid internship role based in Paris, with flexibility for remote work. As a Partnerships & Events Intern, you will support the team in developing strategic partnerships, coordinating events, and fostering collaborations to enhance the company's visibility and growth. Your responsibilities include identifying potential partners, assisting in event organization, maintaining communication channels, and driving effective strategies for partner and client engagement. This role requires creativity, excellent organizational skills, and a flair for relationship management.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to identify opportunities and build meaningful collaborations
  • Excellent Communication and Sales skills to engage with partners and clients effectively
  • Solid Analytical Skills to assess partnership opportunities and event planning strategies
  • Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Basic knowledge of influencer marketing and event management is a plus
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, and Notion, Figma, Canva, and AI tools are highly recommended
  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

This role is ideal for someone structured, proactive, and excited to grow in the creator economy.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the operational execution of our Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, and Events initiatives.

  1. Partner Program Management (40%)

  2. Oversee day-to-day operations of the Favikon Partner Program (creators, consultants, agencies, founders)

  3. Update our MAP points system, partner dashboards, and monthly leaderboards
  4. Coordinate perks, onboarding steps, and partner communications
  5. Support community engagement across Circle, Reddit, and LinkedIn
  6. Track partner performance and

2. Influencer Marketing & Co-Marketing Execution (30%)

  • Assist with creator outreach, campaign tracking, and reporting
  • Prepare creator lists, insights, briefs, and performance analyses
  • Contribute to co-marketing initiatives and partner content
  • Work closely with the marketing team to amplify creator engagement

3. Event Support & Activations (20%)

  • Support Favikon's presence at major industry events (VivaTech, PCW, Slashboom, etc.)
  • Coordinate logistics: speakers, partners, guests, vendors
  • Assist with onsite operations when required
  • Prepare post-event reports and performance metrics

4. Internal Operations & Documentation (10%)

  • Maintain our Notion workspaces and internal databases
  • Prepare weekly partnership reports and KPIs
  • Draft internal documents, partner summaries, and operational notes
  • Participate in improving workflows and internal processes
