This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic Finance team and help shape the future of our organisation. Finance Planning &Analysis (FP&A) at Excelya is more than just numbers. It’s about partnering with senior leaders, telling the story behind the figures, and driving strategic decisions that fuel our growth and impact. You’ll be at the heart of financial forecasting, performance analysis, and transformation projects that support our vision to become the leading mid-size CRO with the best employee experience.

**Main responsibilities**- **Own the forecasting process**: You’ll lead the charge on budgeting, reforecasting, and cash flow projections, helping us plan with precision and agility.
- **Bring clarity to complexity**: You’ll consolidate financial data from across the globe, analyze performance, and turn insights into action for our leadership team.
- **Be a trusted advisor**: Your reporting and analysis will guide strategic decisions at the highest level, from monthly performance reviews to long-term planning.
- **Drive transformation**: You’ll play a key role in upgrading our financial tools and processes — moving from Excel to a more powerful FP&A platform.
- **Collaborate across borders**: You’ll work closely with budget owners, controllers, and senior leaders in multiple countries, building strong partnerships and driving accountability.
- **Lead with curiosity**: Whether it’s improving reporting structures, supporting strategic plans, or diving into ad hoc projects, you’ll always be looking for smarter, better ways to work.

**Requirements**:
At Excelya, **taking audacious steps is encouraged**, so we’re looking for individuals who are ready to grow with us and share our values.
- **Experience**: With 2-5 years in controlling or FP&A, you understand how to read a P&L, track performance, and — most importantly — how cash is generated. You’re comfortable in a central role and enjoy seeing the bigger picture.
- **Excel is your playground**: You’re an expert — pivot tables, formulas, and complex models don’t scare you.
- **PowerPoint? No problem**: You know how to turn data into a clear, compelling story.
- **You’re a team player**: You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy bouncing ideas around, and believe that the best solutions come from working together — not from ego.
- **You speak up**: If something can be improved, you say so — and you come with ideas. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and suggest smarter ways of working.
- **You communicate with ease**: Whether it’s with your manager, a controller in another country, or a senior leader, you know how to adapt your message and build strong working relationships.
- **You’re adaptable**: You’re comfortable with change, ambiguity, and the occasional curveball. In fact, you see it as an opportunity to learn and grow.
- **Education**: Master's degree in a relevant financial field
- **Languages**: Fluent in French and English
