Au sein du service Business Intelligence du siège international d'Antalis (35 pays), le/la candidat(e) aura l'opportunité d'acquérir une expérience internationale forte en Reporting Achats, avec une extension progressive vers le Contrôle Budgétaire, l'Analyse Commerciale et les Projets InformatiquesRelevant du Business Analyst Manager, le/la candidat(e) travaillera tout au long de sa mission en étroite collaboration avec les contacts centraux ou basés dans les filiales internationales du groupe. Ce rôle englobe principalement les tâches suivantes :Maintenance et Optimisation des bases Achats centrales (fournisseurs stratégiques tactiques ou potentiels du groupe), Contribution au reporting mensuel Volume & Prix, puis au contrôle budgétaire, en liaison avec les services Achats, Marketing, Finance, Informatiques,..Promotion des nouveaux reports auprès des utilisateurs locauxParticipation à la démarche Qualité de l'équipe et du groupe (35 pays)Principaux Interlocuteurs:Directeurs Achats Siège et Pays (Paper, VisualCom, Packaging)Chefs de Produit Siège et PaysInterlocuteurs DSIProfil:Minimum 3 ans d'études supérieures en Gestion/Contrôle d'EntrepriseExpérience significative dans un environnement d'affaires internationalGoût prononcé pour les données et l'information de qualité, y compris pour les opportunités liées à l'IAUne très bonne connaissance d'Excel (dont tableaux croisés dynamiques, fonctions recherche)Des qualités relationnelles affirmées (travail d'équipe permanent)Connaissance opérationnelle des affairesTrès bon niveau d'anglais obligatoire (oral, écrit : langue de travail)
