C&C Search is currently recruiting for a highly professional, discreet, and organised Private PA with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a family office or private home. This individual will play a key role in supporting the private affairs of the family, ensuring seamless coordination and impeccable service delivery. Native or fluent Italian language skills are essential.

**Key responsibilities for this Private PA position**:

- Manage and coordinate the family’s personal schedules, including travel itineraries, appointments, and events.
- Oversee household operations, ensuring staff and services maintain the highest standards of care, professionalism, and efficiency.
- Provide support with personal financial management tasks, as required.
- Deliver ad-hoc support across a range of personal and professional matters for family members.
- Support the family’s business-related travel needs, ensuring efficient and discreet arrangements.
- Liaise with external advisors, legal and financial professionals, and business partners to facilitate ongoing business interests.
- Collaborate closely with the London office to maintain continuity across operations and communications.

**What background and experience are the company looking for?**
- ** Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years in a family office or private home.
- ** Language**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in **Italian**; additional languages are a plus.
- ** Discretion**: Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive family matters with absolute discretion and tact.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Highly organised with an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- ** Interpersonal Skills**: Diplomatic, personable, and capable of building trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
