This Private Chef opportunity is to join a household that is passionate about healthcare and wellness. The Leader’s professional background is in the Healthcare sector and pioneers the development of life changing technologies. You will have the opportunity to create menus that use your skills to deliver wholesome meals suitable for a family. As well as elevated menus for events.
**Overview**:
For this Private Chef opportunity you will need to have a strong understanding of nutrition and mindful eating. With the chance to use the best ingredients that are organic and menus that are gluten free for example. The emphasis is on delivering wholesome meals that are delicious and suitable for a young family. In addition, there are regular events and for these you will be expected to develop a top-level menu of elevated dishes.
You will also be responsible for:
- The creation of menus for specific dietary requirements.
- Use your knowledge of nutrition to create healthy and varied meals.
- Be responsible for the kitchen inventory, sourcing of ingredients and budgets
- Ensure compliance to food safety regulations and the cleanliness of the kitchen.
**Please Note**:
The role is on a rotational basis of 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. The family are based in Paris and travel in the EU & globally regularly.
You will need to be bilingual in English & French.
**Expertise Required**:
- Experience of working as a Personal Chef or within a Private household.
- Bilingual - French & English. Spanish is also suitable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not essential.
- Deliver creative menus that cater for dietary requirements
- Cater for family day to day & private events.
- Knowledge of nutrition and mindful eating.
- Ability to travel regularly and work on a rotational basis.
Pay: 5,500.00€ - 7,000.00€ per month
