JOB TITLE
GLOBAL PRODUCT MANAGER ASSISTANT - PREMIUM FRAGRANCE
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for our new Product Development Assistant to join our Marketing Development Team.
You will collaborate with the product manager involved in the full 360 product development process to analyze, imagine & develop ground-breaking fragrance innovations from the concept & packaging development to the online and offline activation.
Reporting to a Marketing Manager, this internship is an exclusive opportunity to learn everything about premium fragrance development and luxury marketing within a fast-growing startup-like environment where creativity and agility are key.
**Your main focus**:
**TRENDS & ANALYSIS**:

- Maintaining competitor records and monthly tracking reports (qualitative and quantitative competitive intelligence)
- Running ad-hoc analysis (new launches, new trends, store check,..) to feed the team’s creative intelligence or help addressing dedicated topic

**DEVELOPMENT FOLLOW UP**:

- Participating in the briefing of internal teams (packaging, olfactory studio, support functions ) and external partners (design agencies, suppliers,..), coordinating their work
- Helping in the elaboration of the concept development for the launch of new products (new ideas, trends, copywriting, visuals research )
- Following operations for product development (artworks, assets production, scent samples, product design, 3D visuals, point of sales material,..) ensuring right timings and quality of execution
- Participating in the 360 activation strategy, coordinating with other teams: purchasing, IMPR, media, communication, digital, trade marketing, merchandising, education

**CROSS FUNCTIONAL MISSIONS**:

- Contribute to the organization & preparation of brand meetings with licence, top management, internal and external meetings (product management, mock ups, presentations )

YOU ARE A COTY FIT
**ESSENTIAL**:
We are looking for an intern from Business School or University programs to collaborate with global skincare development teams:

- Passionate and curious about the beauty and luxury industry
- Resourceful: action and solution-oriented profile
- Agile / adaptable
- Rigorous with strong attention to details
- Multi-tasker and responsive
- Organization skills to ensure perfect execution in due timings on different projects
- Good team player with multi-functional collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

**DESIRABLE**:

- Already a 1st experience in marketing development, especially in fragrance or beauty is a +
- International experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Luxury sensitivity
