Forge Adour is a French company, founded in 1978, renowned for the quality of its products and its know-how in the design and manufacture of enamelled steel, stainless steel and enamelled cast iron planchas.

The company makes it a point of honour to constantly innovate and to use high-quality materials to ensure the durability and performance of its products.

In 2019, Forge Adour was acquired by Groupe SEB as part of its strategy to diversify and expand its portfolio of brands and products, while strengthening its position in the outdoor cooking appliance market.

This integration within the Group has enabled Forge Adour to benefit from the resources, expertise and international presence of the group, while retaining its identity and specific know-how in the manufacture of planchas.

Groupe SEB has had a management system in place and ISO 9001-45001-14001 certification for its industrial and logistics sites since 2000.

Groupe SEB's management system covers all the Group's activities and processes, so that each employee, each function and each site is responsible for the quality of its work and compliance with regulations. Management reviews are carried out every year, in accordance with the ISO requirement, in order to assess the performance of our processes and to steer action plans for the continuous improvement of our products, services and processes.

**MISSIONS**:
To steer the ISO 9001-45001-14001 certification project for the new Forge Adour acquisition, at the industrial site in Badajoz, Spain, and the logistics site and head office in Bayonne.

To roll out the Forge Adour management system, in conjunction with the SEB Group QMS Manager, and to ensure its sustainability.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THE ASSIGNMENT**

**1. Process assessment**:

- With the help of an external consultant, audit the existing processes and identify the gaps in relation to the requirements of the standard and formalise the diagnosis.
- Define an implementation schedule for the 3 ISOs and coordinate the resources required to achieve the certification objectives, in conjunction with the QMS manager and the Group's health/safety and environmental owners.
- Communicate with Forge Adour's management and internal stakeholders on the progress of the project.

**2. Compliance**:

- Set up procedures, work instructions and documents required for compliance.
- Team training and awareness:

- Organise training sessions for staff on the requirements of the ISO standard and their role in implementing the system.
- Promoting a culture of quality, safety and eco-production within the company.
- Managing and monitoring internal audits:

- Plan and carry out internal audits to verify compliance with the requirements of the ISO standard.

**3. Preparing for certification audits: ISO 9001- 45001- 14001**
- Organise and prepare the company for the external certification audit via the implementation of the compliance action plan, via the GSEB site QMS support and the GSEB QMS manager for mock audits.
- Provide support during the external audit, working with the auditors to answer their questions and resolve any non-conformities.

**4. Continuous improvement and management of the Forge Adour management system: in conjunction with the GSEB QMS manager**
- Set up a process performance measurement system
- Identify the resources required
