OPS ambition is to enable performance on end-to-end flows, supporting improvements in the key supply chain functions (Purchasing, Manufacturing and Logistics).

**OPS program deployment is led globally by the corporate team in Ecully, supported locally by site team members and covering more than**80% of manufacturing sites across region and Business Units.**

ü systematically identifying Non-Added Value (NVA),

ü managing performance through Short Interval Management (SIM),

with a common goal of increasing customer satisfaction while improving our performance in terms of quality, cost, and cash.

**The OPS methodology is deployed across all functions of the Global Supply Chain (safety, production, logistic, quality, engineering, purchasing )**

During the Industrial Graduate Program, you will be exposed to our end-to-end operations and prepared to become one of the future industrial leaders within the Group.

**This Graduate Program will prepare you for future industrial leadership roles within the Global Supply Chain (Industrial Performance Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Quality Manager, Method Project Manager, Team Leader, Production Manager ).**

**YOUR MISSIONS**:
- **Mission 1**: Industrial Performance Project leader -**Oct 2025 to Sept 2026 (Ecully & industrial sites, France)**

**Reporting to the Group VP Industrial Performance, you will be based in Ecully and will have a crucial role in deploying key Operational Excellence Programs across our sites.**

Working hand-in-hand with Industrial Site Directors, OPS Managers, local teams, and various functions within our Global Supply Chain, you will be at the forefront of end-to-end diagnostics and transformative workshops/projects.

During this first year, you will learn and contribute to 3 main projects. For each project, you will need to:

- Make a diagnostic based on facts observations, interviews and data analysis
- Propose actions (tools, methods, training etc.) to improve
- Measure results (health & safety, quality, service level, cost & cash, environment)
- Work very closely with the operational teams in the sites
- Promote an approach towards continuous improvement through communication and concrete results
