**Airways Aviation Academy**, leader in flight training and renowned institution, is looking for a dedicated Head of Training (ATO) to join our dynamic team.

The Head of Training (ATO) has extensive experience as an Flight Instructor for commercial pilot licenses and associated ratings and authorizations and he has in-depth management skills.

**The main missions of the position are, among others**:

- report to the Accountable Manager about human and material needs to perform trainings within the standards,
- define the forecast needs for instructors and teaching resources with CFI, CTKI and Maintenance Manager collaboration's,
- adapt and update existing training programs to improve them and bring them into line with educational needs,
- monitor the progress of trainees and in particular training times depending on the resources made available,
- supervises the administrative follow-up of trainee files, both on a regulatory and economic level...

**Required profile**:

- knowlegde of EASA and DGAC regulations,
- qualification in accordance to ORA.ATO 210 Personnel Requirements
- extensive experience in training as an Fligth Instructor for professional pilot licenses and associated ratings or certificates,
- managerial and leadership skills,
- Professional Pilot License,
- French language level 6
- good English language skills
