**On a given day, you will**:

- Spearhead governance initiatives by ensuring our portfolio of companies adheres to all statutory and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
- Map and analyse legal and regulatory landscapes to proactively align company practices with current laws and industry standards
- Support the establishment of new entities within the Group and facilitate modifications to existing organisational structures risks
- Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance compliance monitoring, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting efficiency
- Manage the end-to-end process from drafting to filing essential documents including board agendas, statutory filings, and training materials with precision and efficiency
- Create and refine internal processes, templates, and compliance documentation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance operations
- Maintain comprehensive physical and digital records of all compliance-related documentation
- Conduct ongoing due diligence on relevant stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential

**We would love to work with you if you**:

- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least one year of experience in corporate governance
- Are proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programmes
- Possess strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
- Bring a can-do attitude and are eager to learn and grow your career in compliance
- Are self-motivated and can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Have experience or enthusiasm for embracing AI technologies
