Nous recrutons un chef de plateau (operation manager) pour notre site de Marseille
sur notre projet télécom ou commercial en fonction de
votre profil.

Quelles seront vos missions ?

Le chef de plateau organise la production et pilote la performance de son
plateau en étroite collaboration avec son équipe de superviseurs. Il coordonne
les activités du plateau et dirige son équipe vers une optimisation de la
production, tant sur le plan qualitatif que quantitatif, tout en respectant les
prérogatives du donneur d'ordre et de l'entreprise.
- Anime et encadre une équipe de responsable d'équipe ;
- Participe à la gestion technique opérationnelle ;
- Effectue un reporting quotidien de l'activité de son plateau, suit les
comptes rendus de production ;
- Communique et échange quotidiennement avec les superviseurs sur les
résultats du plateau ;
- Participe à la mise en place des moyens nécessaires pour améliorer la
performance ;
- Coordonne et anime les débriefings des responsables d'équipe ou
Téléconseillers si nécessaire ;
- Participe au recrutement et à l'intégration des responsables d'équipe ;
- Veille au respect du règlement intérieur et au maintien d'un bon climat
social ;
- Est le garant du respect des consignes, remonte les dysfonctionnements
justifiant la mise en place de sanctions disciplinaires ;
- S'assure du respect du process qualité ;
- Fixe aux responsables d'équipe, en accord avec son supérieur
hiérarchique, des objectifs individuels et collectifs ;
- Prépare avec le responsable de production les comités de production et
participe aux réunions avec le donneur d'ordre ;
- Echange régulièrement avec le donneur d'ordre.
