**Job Description** Your Responsibilities**
The R&D Product Manager will manage the operational activity of a multidisciplinary team, from pre-study to production start-up, with a view to achieving the objectives set, under the best possible conditions in terms of performance, safety, well-being and staff commitment.

**The Context**
We are leaders in Smart Security Cameras, that involve industry-grade advanced AI and image processing software to help you deter intruders. For these specific products, we are looking for a talented, dynamic and passionate Associate Product Manager.

**The Main Activities**

You will work with a Senior Product Manager in order to achieve the following missions:

- ** Managing activities and performance** Coordinates the operating methods and resources to be deployed within the team in order to achieve the objectives within the scope, in conjunction with the Senior PM.

Lead product development, working in tandem with our engineering & design teams and monitor them (deadlines, costs, quality, safety, etc.).

Dealing with potential operational incidents by providing technical solutions, in compliance with existing processes and systems for continuous improvement, information and reporting.

Coordinate field tests and gather professional installers’ and users’ feedbacks to define and implement improvements
- ** Carry out one or more significant activities with a technical/business dimension**

Product development: Guiding, supervising and obtaining approval for the technical, environmental and economic choices made for your projects.

Projects ranging from marketing specifications to the installation of industrial resources and the production of the first products.

Create product documentation and materials (installation process, quick start manuals, “how-to”s, FAQ, app store description, packaging, localized content...) to ensure an outstanding customer experience

Above all, we want you to make great things happen and manage project complexity in a structured, efficient and innovative way.
**Qualifications** Your Profile**
- Strong technical background (MS engineering or similar experience)
- Passionate about innovative products and high-quality, user-centred design
- Analytical and pragmatic with a problem-solving mind-set.
- Strong leadership skills with a team player and « get-the-job done » attitude
- Excellent at written and oral communication, making complex ideas understandable to a wide audience.
- Fluent in English
- Experience in IoT / Smart Home products is a plus.
