We are leaders in Smart Home Products and more specifically in home comfort and energy consumption.
Product Managers at Netatmo are responsible for the product development in their area, going deep on user needs and defining the product roadmap.
As a Product Manager, you will work closely with a cross functional team of designers, software and hardware engineers to build the right/best product and ensure its delivery on time.
- Own the product lifecycle, from initial concept through to post-launch optimization, ensuring alignment with business goals. Understand pain points and identify potential improvements.
- Define product specifications and ensure the delivery working hand in hand with our engineering team. Monitor the delivery with a strong focus on deadlines, costs and quality.
- Coordinate field tests and gather professional installers and user feedback. Prioritize features and product iterations based on data, business impact, development time and feedbacks.
- Deal with potential operational incidents by providing quick and efficient technical solutions, in compliance with existing processes and systems. Collaborate with after-sales service to ensure the best customer support during incidents.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer support to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure smooth product adoption. Create product documentation and materials (installation process, quick start manuals, FAQ...) to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Strong technical background (MS engineering or similar experience)
- Passionate about innovative products and high-quality, user-centered design
- Analytical and pragmatic with a problem-solving mind-set.
- Strong leadership skills with a team player and « get-the-job done » attitude
- Excellent at written and oral communication, making complex ideas understandable to a wide audience
- Fluent in English
- Experience in IoT / Smart Home products is a plus.
