- Discovery_
Partner with the BI Service Owner users to understand BI & Data related business challenges & shape the accurate product development roadmap to reach the expected outcomes (scoping phase)
Coordinate Discovery phase efforts along with Data Governance Service Owners, Data Architects, ETL Squad, Tribe Tech Lead, Business Analysts, UX Designers & Product Owners
Managing relationship with Staffing Supplier to address Squads staffing flows
Follow-Up on prelaunch KPIs ensuring data readiness, architecture definition, Squad readiness & all prerequisites before launching delivery cycles
Responsible of shaping the adequate roadmap, Squad staffing & required budget to address the business needs
- Data & BI Product Development, Delivery Cycles & Service availability_
Ensure Quality Deliverables - Enforce best practices, address critical issues timely, and ensure every Data & BI product delivered achieves the expected value
Data over opinion principles : coordinate production of relevant KPIs and follow-up trends, based on results propose analysis and action plan to reach target KPIs value (each KPIs are defined during scoping phase)
Secure Business milestones by implementing right solutions and alerting on budget requirements or adjustments
Squad Empowerment
Assist Squad, Product Owners and Business Partners to adopt “user driven” principles throughout the development cycles
Support the Product Owners to adopt incremental delivery & Agile product mindset
Support the Product Owners to define and implement User Adoption tactics and increase product value.
Collaborate and support our suppliers to develop the BI & Analytics solutions and ensure that the Squads meets the Delivery Cycle Goals Set & KPIs.
Communicate effectively with Squads, Product Owners, business users and IT Service Owners to ensure a flawless delivery and remove roadblocks
Assists Product Owners & Squads in resolving impediments and coordinates with other service or Product owners to manage inter-service dependencies
Escalate efficiently service issues and complex interdependencies faced by the squad to the IDS Bi Service Owner
Work with the BI Service Owner facilitating proactive communication to stakeholders including risk management, incident process, budget follow up and issue resolution
Stay on top of technical trends, experiment with and learn new technologies
- Collaboration with Suppliers_
- Ensure Suppliers comply with contractual engagements (commitment on results)
- Implement & track Delivery KPIs to drive the supplier Relationship on Data BI Scope
- Managing squad members turnover and overall Data BI squads workload
- Budget Monitoring & alerting
- Design, Build Deploy and improve delivery & Support (TMA) frameworks with the Supplier’s near-shore model
**Description du profil recherché**:
**Qualifications Experience and Soft Skills**
- 7 years experience in Leading Agile Software Development or Data Squads with strong Communication & Collaboration Skills, ability to lead large Squads distributed across France, Middle East, Mauritius & Romania, collaborate closely with the Business, Suppliers and all third party Service Owners from the IT ecosystem.
- B Sc or Masters’ Degree (Science,Engineering) or equivalent
- Facilitate design and overview discussions with Squads which includes architects, data engineers, developers.
- Awareness with DevOps & DataOps Culture, continuous integration, and automated testing with related tooling for delivery.
- Pro-active and creative approach to problem solving.
- Partnership and Teamwork
- Good communication and leadership. Must be able to provide guidance and feedback to technical resources (including contract resources).
- Demonstrate strong ability to work in a flat tribe environment with the ability to influence and foster cross-tribe/Squads and cross-area collaboration.
- Work with other tech leads and architects to ensure alignment with global data & analytics strategy escalating deviation as needed
Ability to execute and prioritize several tasks autonomously
