Pricing - Senior Business Analyst

**YOUR ROLE**:

- Within the Clients Platforms Department / Pricing of the CMA CGM Group, you bring your large experience and Pricing & Product Management expertise to qualify and clarify Business requirements, Design and accept enhancements related to the Group Pricing & Product solutions.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO**:
In liaison with CMA CGM Business teams and the external integrator in charge of the implementation of enhancements (Design, Build, Tests), you collaborate in the definition of the best solutions to be implemented for meeting Business requirements (cost and delay)
You have clear oral and written communication in English, allowing you to explain and / or clarify to the integrator the needs expressed by the Business
You perform the deliverable review provided by the integrator and you know how to be critical about the solution proposals made, you are able to make your own proposals to optimize the value added brought
You are responsible to monitor the quality of deliverables and solutions, as well as their completeness in relation to business needs
You are in charge of preparing the Business test scenarios and executing them once the features have been delivered and tested by the integrator
Finally, you bring your contribution to all activities related to the phases of the Maintenance life cycle (Business Support, etc.)
Create SQL queries (medium complexity) to support tests and pre studies.
You ensure the right level of reporting to your management
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**:
Graduated from a Master Degree in engineering/business or equivalent, you have proven experience in the areas of Pricing / Yield Management / Revenue Management or even Invoicing
You have contributed to significant projects in the field of Transport and Logistics allowing you to master the main functional processes
You master the end-to-end test methodologies (Preparation, Execution, Follow-up of Defects)
You know how to adapt to your interlocutors and you know how to show leadership and pragmatism
You are open, rigorous, reliable, pro-active, dynamic, curious and have a taste for change in a complex and international functional environment
You are able to solve complex problems
Your sense of oral and written communication is demonstrated
A fluent level of English is required, all interactions with CMA CGM Offshore teams and those with the integrator are in English
**Technical Skills**: You have an excellent knowledge of SQL, JIRA, Confluence, a prior experience with Snowflake would be a plus
