The CISO ensures IS protection, data confidentiality, integrity and availability. Their main missions will be:

- ** Risk identification and definition of security policy**
- Analyze risks, manage audits and lead action plans
- Establish a Business Continuity Plan and a Business Recovery Plan
- ** Implementation of the security plan**
- Measure risks associated with each project
- Identify and recommend protection tools
- Supervize backup programs and test the process regularly
- Manage Security partners
- ** Communication and training**
- Test users' sensibility trough phishing campaigns
- Define a communication and training plan
- ** New technology and legal monitoring**
- Analyze innovative solutions to answer problem related to the introduction of a new technology
- ** Follow up on actions and reporting**
- Prepare and follow dashboards (KPI) allowing monitoring of the risks, projects and incidents
- ** Team management**
- Lead and motivate the team, organize distribution of tasks among the department
- ** Role of Data Protection Officer (DPO)**
- Develop the Compliance approach
- Monitor the measures of control

**Requirements** for this permanent contract, based in Lyon:
You have 5 years' experience in Cybersecurity. You are analytical, rigorous, and have good relationship skills.
You are fluent in English.

Alors rejoignez CLASQUIN en tant que **Responsable Sécurité des Systèmes d'Information (H/F) **

Ses principales missions sont:

- ** Identification des risques et definition de la politique de sécurité (PSSI)**
- Analyser les risques, piloter les audits, et conduire les pans d'actions
- Etablir un plan de Continuité d'Activité (PCA) et un Plan de Reprise d'Activité (PRA)
- ** Mise en oeuvre du dispositif de sécurité**
- Mesurer les risques associés à chaque projet
- Identifier et préconiser les outils de protection
- Superviser les programmes de sauvegarde et tester régulièrement les processus
- Piloter les partenaires Sécurité
- ** Communication et formation**
- Tester la sensibilité des collaborateurs par des campagnes de phishing
- Définir un plan de communication et de formation
- ** Veille technologique et réglementaire**
- Etudier les solutions innovantes pour répondre aux problématiques liées à l'introduction d'une nouvelle technologie
- ** Suivi des actions et reporting**
- Elaborer et suivre des tableaux de bord (KPI) permettant à mínima le suivi des risques, des projets et des incidents.
- ** Management de l'équipe Cybersécurité**
- Diriger et motiver l'équipe, répartir le tâches au sein du service.
- ** Missions de délégué à la protection des données (DPO)**
- Développer la démarche de conformité
- Faire une veille sur les dispositifs de contrôle

**Des critères pour ce poste en CDI,** basé au siège social à Lyon : vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en Cybersécurité. Vous avez des capacités d'analyse, vous disposez d'un bon relationnel et vous êtes rigoureux.
Vous parlez anglais.
