**PR Shoot & Events Coordinator (F/M) - CDD**

Within the International Public Relations & Influence Department, the Product Public Relation Team is in charge of the orchestration & deployment worldwide all of the product launches.

The PR Shoot & Events Coordinator will support the organization of photo shoots and international press events. You will be involved in all the products launches: Jewelry, Watches, Fragrances Leather Goods & Accessories.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**PHOTO SHOOT**
- Follow up of the daily shoot requests with the help of an intern
- Organize High Jewellery trainings for photo shoots
- Coordinate with the Marketing Teams

**PRESS SAMPLES**
- Manage the HQ stock : novelties & permanent
- Inventory and Stock Management with Cartier Operation.
- Point of contact with Cartier Operation (Watches, Jewelry & Accessories) to follow the markets' deliveries.

**INTERNATIONAL EVENTS**
- Watches & Wonders
- 2 Press Presentation per year (Cartier Rendez-Vous)
- Other events depending on the annual calendar of products launches

**Profile**

Following a Master's Degree, you have at least a 1-year experience in a PR agency or in the International PR department of a Maison in luxury.

Agile, dynamic and involved you have a first experience in event project management.

Autonomous, organized and rigorous, you adapt easily to a fast-paced environment and know how to prioritize your missions.

Fluent in english
