We are currently recruiting for an experienced PR & Events Specialist to join the Marketing Team based in Paris. The role reports into Brand Manager for France and is a full time permanent contract working 3 days a week in office and 2 days a week working from home.

As PR Events Specialist for UNIQLO you will use your own initiative and entrepreneurial abilities to support UNIQLO France showroom expansion and enhance the brand identity among local and national media/KOLs. The person should be flexible, hands on, adaptable with a wide range of experience to handle a range of PR topics and contribute to the French business expansion. You will collaborate closely with GHQ and local teams to plan and execute and deliver all events.

Key Responsibilities- Collaborate in season planning PR strategy, proposing relevant PR actions in line with business priorities- Proactive approach seeking out new opportunities, being creative and solutions orientated Organizing business/public oriented events and PR actions to promote specific product categories, collaborations as well as more corporate related events- Engaging in PR activities to deliver increased understanding of LifeWear and overall brand awareness- Work with team members and build relationships with key internal and external partners to drive successful delivery of projects- Scheduling and managing of multiple PR event and public relations projects- Managing any agency support, show room, and samples, Events planning and delivery of large scope and scale, for sustainability, corporate, PR events side.- You will be responsible for corporate reporting, organising round table discussions, smaller events as well.- Scheduling and supporting showroom events

What we are looking for- Ideally 7 plus years of strong PR social and corporate communications experience in addition to event planning on both large and small scale- Strategic thinking with long term vision and detail oriented- Capable to lead projects autonomously to deliver results against set KPIs- Able to manage budgets and delivering on time within budget- Strong experience in event categories such as branding, corporate, sustainability, product launches, influencer events- Understanding of têxtile retail company is a plus we would consider a diver range of backgrounds eg beauty brands or product brands- IT skills; adobe knowledge a plus, excel and office tools including google docs- Fluent in English and French- Innovative, creative, and dynamic- Strong entrepreneur mind to achieve goals and can work autonomously or as part of a team, flexible, and reactive- Possessing good team spirit
