Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Event Coordinator role, located in the Greater Paris Metropolitan Region. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing various events, including client meetings, seminars, and employee engagements. Day-to-day tasks will include managing event logistics, coordinating with vendors, communicating with stakeholders, overseeing event budgets, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for all attendees.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management to organize and execute high-quality events effectively
- Excellent Communication skills and the ability to successfully engage with diverse stakeholders
- Customer Service expertise to ensure a positive experience for all event participants
- Experience in Sales or knowledge of sales processes to support event-related business objectives
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines
- Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team while taking ownership of specific responsibilities
- Proficiency in event management software and basic MS Office tools
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, is highly desirable
- Prior experience in the professional services or legal industry is a strong advantage
