Avec l’accompagnement de votre tuteur, du responsable RH et RHSE vos missions principales seront:
- Assurer le suivi du plan de compétence
- Organiser les différentes formations
- Suivi de la réalisation du programme sanitaire annuel.
- Piloter des plans d’actions d’amélioration de la QVT
- Communication entre direction et ensemble du personnel.
- Organisation des évènements
- Vous cherchez un contrat d’alternance pour 2 ans
- Vous maitrisez les outils du pack office
