**Poste**:
As an Associate Producer within our Content Creation & Publishing Team, you will work on **titles **developed by our partner **Limbic Entertainment**.

You will support our Producers in managing the product development from concept until release date by keeping a constant contact with development teams, internal functional teams (Marketing, QA, Localization, etc.), our subsidiaries around the world, and publisher representatives. You will address concerns in a timely manner, as well as maintaining all project-related documents and schedules.

Your main responsibilities will include (non-exhaustive list):

- Liaise with all teams involved on the project to facilitate communication
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of detailed schedule in collaboration with all teams involved on the project
- Coordinate and track activities and assets to ensure that project tasks are completed on time
- Support the milestone review and approval process
- Coordinate the build process and delivery of versions to QA, Localization, PR and rating agencies
- Support the management of EMEA ratings and make sure that other regions are on track for their ratings in the scope of a worldwide release
- Support the creation and maintenance of reporting on the project
- Present the project at different phases of its life cycle to various under the supervision your manager
- Support the financial tracking of the project: production costs, payments, budget tracking, landing, P&L, and liaise with Finance when necessary
- Support to identify and resolve conflicts between schedule, budget and quality

**Profil**:

- 1-2 years of industry experience, preferably including previous experience as an Assistant or Associate Producer
- Experience in coordinating product development efforts with functional teams, such as Engineering, Localization, Printed Materials, Quality Assurance, Public Relations, Sales, and Marketing, throughout a complete production cycle and across multiple studios
- Bachelor's degree in project management, design, engineering, or related discipline required
- Strong project management practices and software including Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent knowledge of product development and production cycle
- Excellent English communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational, problem solving and project management skills
- Excellent prioritization skills, especially in the case of high workload or emergency as for a specific issue to sort out or task to execute
- Strong analyzing and summarizing capacity in order to identify and simply describe an issue
- Adaptation and flexibility to accommodate workload changes throughout the year

Start date: as soon as possible

Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract

Remuneration: fixed and variable compensation
