**Senior Business Process Specialist - Strasbourg - EU Public Organisations**
**Tasks**
Provide senior consultancy support on business process design, implementation, deployment and monitoring.
**Additional Tasks**
- Gather business and stakeholders’ requirements in relation to the processes and procedures under the eu-LISA responsibility with a focus on the ones under the Business Relations Management Sector’s responsibility
- Support the process owners and improve the automation of the associated processes
- Manage the implementation of various tasks to meet identified business needs in relation to the associated business processes
- Understand goals and objectives, and ensure that all associated processes are setup to achieve the goals of the Agency and the Sector
- Define and maintain excellent overall communications
- Proactively identify and manage any associated issues and risks and escalate as necessary
- Ensure proper stakeholder management by creating awareness and design associated process trainings
- Attend meetings to discuss progress and report
**Education Requirements**
Minimum 4 years of education (master's degree or equivalent), after the secondary school.
**Job Requirements**
**Minimum Experience Requirements**
At least 9 years of experience in process management, including 6 years in consultancy among which 3 years in the relevant requested domain(s)
**Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills**
- Experience on business process improvement and redesign
- Able to develop plans to seamlessly integrate new processes with existing business processes
- Create, update, review and approve documentation for new and existing business processes
- Manage and mentor cross-functional team to successfully streamline and execute business projects
- Ability to actively participate in meetings, good communicator
- Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working are mandatory
- Experience in carrying out high-level management studies
- Capability of working independently, as well as in teams
- Client orientation
**Additional Qualification, Knowledge and Skills**
- High-level knowledge of the Justice and Home Affairs regulations, policies and processes, including the regulations applicable to the large-scale IT systems managed by eu-LISA
- Knowledge of project management (e.g. Agile framework)
- Experience in managing end-to-end delivery within complex landscapes while working across multiple cross-functional teams to meet strict deadlines and compliance
- Experience in liaising and maintaining effective co-operation with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good organisation skills, to track priorities, work to deadlines and manage tasks
- Resilience and excellent organisational skills in relation to demanding tasks, tight deadlines and capacity to respond to changes in a dynamic environment
- Very strong communication skills: oral, written, presentation, facilitation.
