We organize ourselves into expert knowledge Units that collaborate with each other.That's why we are looking for curious individuals who are motivated by challenges and eager to grow personally and professionally, to join our team and make a positive impact on the world through technology.ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?We want you to be a part of our team, from Strasbourg, as a Senior Business Process Specialist.WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?● Provide senior consultancy support on business process design, implementation, deployment and monitoring.WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?• At least 9 years of experience in process management, including 6 years in consultancy among which 3 years in the relevant requested domain(s).• Experience on business process improvement and redesign• Able to develop plans to seamlessly integrate new processes with existing business processes• Create, update, review and approve documentation for new and existing business processes• Manage and mentor cross-functional team to successfully streamline and execute business projects• Ability to actively participate in meetings, good communicator• Capability of integration in an international/multicultural environment, rapid self-starting capability and experience in team working are mandatory• Experience in carrying out high-level management studies• Capability of working independently, as well as in teams• Client orientationWHAT WILL YOU FIND AT SEIDOR?A diverse team.
