We provide a full suite of valuation services in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity portfolios, Contentious Valuations, Complex Financial Instruments, Illiquid Securities and Financial and Tax reporting. All of our teams are expanding, and we have established A&M as one of the leading providers of Valuation services globally & the no.1 firm to develop a pan European career in Valuations today. Our Paris based Valuations team is highly active in France and are involved in landmark transactions. Due to increasing demand, we are expanding this team and seeking an experienced valuations professionals to join us at Associate Director / Manager level. As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to; - Work on high profile and complex Valuation engagements - Use a variety of tools to conduct extensive data analysis and valuation modelling - Conduct research, synthesize information and develop reports for high profile clients - Benefit from industry leading formal & informal training programmes - Collaborate closely with leading industry figures across A&M practice areas - Develop a broad industry exposure by working with a variety of large-cap and mid-cap PE houses, corporate clients and financial institutions Typical projects will include; - Fairness Opinions - Valuations in a Restructuring Context - Commercial Valuations - PE Portfolio Valuations - Purchase Price Allocations - Intellectual Property Valuations A&M is an environment that presents a real opportunity for ambitious individuals as all employees are encouraged to develop their client network and business development skills.
