As a Commercial Activity Project Manager
- **You are directly reporting** to the Sourcing Excellence Manager in France within the Sourcing Excellence Team
- **You will be working to improve** Commercial Methodology, processes & Tooling
- **You will collaborate **with the Business Managers to support them driving the commercial teams
- **You will be responsible** to manage the quality data in Salesforce (CRM Tool)

**TASKS**:

- ** Activity 1: GROUP SOURCING PRIORITIES**
- Support to deploy group priorities projects working closely with the Business Managers and theircommercial teams : understand french market & define business requirements- **
Activity 2 : CRM DATA QUALITY**
- Together with the Sourcing BPO, improve the quality of the commercial database in Salesforce(CRM Tool):
- (1) keep update teams portfolios with the right suppliers and classification- (2)ensure that the data is accurate and ready to use- **
Activity 3 : COMMERCIAL ACTIVITY REPORTING**
- Build & implement bi-monthly reporting for European Sector Directors & Business Managers- **
Activity 4 : COMMERCIAL METHODOLOGY EXCELLENCE**
- Collaborate with other countries’ Sourcing Excellence Managers & Group Sourcing Training Team to build accurate process & communications to consolidate good practices cross Europe**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Bac +3/5 Business school or equivalent studies
- Good sense of **organization & tasks prioritization**:

- Strong **analytical skills & ease with Data Analysis**:

- Good **Communication & Interpersonal Skills**:

- High proficiency in** Google Apps & Pack Office**, esp. Excel /Gsheet
- Fluent in **French & English**
