For one of our clients (banking/finance), we are currently looking for a Creative Lead with a strong experience within the digital space. The Creative Lead will be responsible for all creative outputs from our Studio, from conception to delivery. The Creative Lead will be working hand in hand with the Studio Manager to ensure the smooth running of all incoming briefs.
**Key responsibilities & accountabilities**:
- Be the client's main point of reference from a creative perspective.
- Spearhead all creative outputs, from conception to production, all the way to delivery.
- Be the lead on more conceptual design-led task when opportunities arise.
- Ensure the smooth running of all creative briefs.
- Proactively monitor output quality, accuracy and consistency across all content coming out of the studio.
- Supervise the entire creative team with bettering skills as well as ensuring creative growth being at the forefront.
- Work proactively under your own initiative to stay on top of new industry trends and maintain the highest level of service for our clients.
**Your profile**:
- 7+ years of design industry and agency experience in a client facing capacity.
- Strong experience across strategy and content creative for international brands.
- Strong experience across all types of channels (web, social media, CRM, eCom, print, internal coms, etc).
- Fully native in the Adobe CC Suite.
- Experience and/or interest in the Finance industry ideal but not mandatory.
- Fluent in both French and English.
