Each one of us is a crucial part of the squad and we're always on the lookout for A+ players. - ** WHAT YOU WILL DO** - Prioritise and drive creative production for our clients’ app, being responsible for the quality of delivery - Analyse ad performance data, and iterate on creatives to improve it - Participate in client meetings, providing feedbacks and insights on creatives - Brainstorm and generate new ideas for mobile creatives - Design animated, interactive, and playable mobile ads that allow a consistent brand experience, such as videos, storyboards, and motion graphics that support and enhance advertising campaigns; - Develop and maintain a high standard of creative guidelines, processes, benchmarks and best practices - Watch the market, and be constantly looking to try new things and concepts - Hire and manage designers of the team, guide them from idea generation to creative production, help them improve the performance of their ads (messaging,) and their client presentations - **WHO YOU ARE** You will be a good fit for the Creative team at Adikteev if you: - Bring 6+ years of experience as a creative designer or in an equivalent position; - Are proficient in After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop (Adobe CC); - Possess experience in management; - Come with a background in ad tech or a mobile gaming studio; - Demonstrate knowledge of interaction design; - Understand the bricks used in the composition of a game, such as animation, A.I., graphics engine, etc.; - Know JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to some degree (this is a plus); - Exhibit strong communication skills; - Show a problem-solving aptitude and a creative mindset; - Display a strong team spirit; - Are organized and methodical, with rigor, responsiveness, and the ability to manage priorities; - Act with autonomy and responsibility in your work; - Speak English fluently. - ** PERKS AND BENEFITS** - Competitive Salary ; - Performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs; - Profit-sharing scheme ("Prime de participation") ; - Longevity bonus every 2 years ; - Healthcare plan with excellent coverage (50% of the contribution covered by Adikteev) ; - €9 Lunch Vouchers (Tickets Restaurant - SWILE card - 50% of the contribution covered by Adikteev) ; - 4 1/2 days work week (Fridays afternoon off) ; - “RTT” ; - 50% of transportation fees covered by Adikteev (Navigo Pass) - Mental Health support ; - Flexible remote working policy ; - Regular team-life event / activity - Parental leave Policy. - **OUR PROCESS** - Call with Maxime, Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, - Team fit interview with Philippe, Head of Creative, and Creative team members (Coline, Valeria and/or Sijie) - Creative test to complete at home and present to Philippe and Marianne, Director of Performance - Final interview with Benoît, CHRO, and Clément, Global COO **We prioritize people, not just job titles.** Not everyone will make it through our hiring process, but your skills might just be the perfect match for another adventure we have now or down the road. - As an Employer of choice, Adikteev does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status, in any of its activities or operations.
