This is a highly visible team working with our most successful sales teams to support the most pres-tigious companies around the world. **Join us as a Senior Solution Engineer on our AMI Cloud and Mainframe Presales team** The BMC AMI Cloud solution helps businesses efficiently manage and protect their data across cloud and mainframe environments. It simplifies data movement, storage, and recovery while enhancing security against cyber threats. With this solution, organizations can streamline operations, reduce costs, and gain better insights from their data without disrupting existing processes. As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will be working directly with Sales and Presales organizations to create strategies, timelines, and deliverables that align customers' initiatives with BMC's solutions. **Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC Software's and your own success**: - Through a consultative approach, partner with sales teams to interpret often complex customer needs and develop innovative solutions delivering both business and technical value. - Simplify the communication of both technical and business content to a varied audience (technical and non-technical customers). - For maximum impact on sales engagements, actively partner with the customer to document their current state, including applicable metrics to assist in defining the correct solution and support business case creation. - Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts tailored to customers' business goals. - Continuously challenge yourself and innovate to solve everyday problems. - Participate in global projects, embrace learning opportunities, and drive innovation in collaboration with cross-functional teams. **To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset & experience**: - You can embrace, live, and breathe our BMC values every day - 7+ years experience in a presales capacity or a relatable technical role. - Proven ability to develop a broad awareness of the client's technical architecture and emerging technologies with enough knowledge to determine what is and is not possible. - Subject matter expertise on the technology and business use of one or more AMI Cloud or z/OS solutions. - Demonstrated artistry with creating and delivering compelling demonstrations. - ** Language Requirement**: French Fluency **Our commitment to you** BMC’s culture is built around its people.
