And that is where the Amazon Advertising Strategist kicks in As an official Amazon Ads Partner, eTAIL Agency is looking for their next talent to develop its Amazon Ads Business Unit’s operational excellence and support the team’s experts’ technical growth.

With a 4-year professional background in digital media campaign management, and at least 1.5 years in the world of Amazon Ads, you are keen on digging deep into the Amazon stack (such as M19, Pacvue, Helium10, Perpetua, Stackline, AMC, DSP,).

**How you could thrive**

Within the Amazon Ads Business Unit, you would be joining a team of 4 people and directly report to the Advertising Manager.

As an Account Strategist, you will autonomously manage Amazon campaigns for the agency’s biggest accounts. Thanks to automation tools, your added-value will lay in the realization of audits and (most of all) proactive and reactive analysis. The ultimate goal? ️ to create constructive recommendations and to detect growth opportunities for your accounts. The whole package including reporting tasks and evangelization to your clients (you know what we’re talking about..).

As a strategic thinker, you will help shape the business unit. How exactly? ️ By implementing efficient workflows, creating playbooks and structuring the operational frameworks. The big picture: find areas of improvement and how to optimize your time (and others’). You will also find the best ways to solidify connections between your business unit and the Retail Business Unit. Its role is to manage accounts’ daily operations and their relationship with Amazon as well as to improve their ranking on the marketplace’s search results pages. Your role is to guarantee all relevant insights from both business units are shared and efficiently covered up in the accounts’ strategies. You know the drill, united we stand, divided we fall

Last but not least, as a team coach, you will support the eTAIL Agency’s experts and specialists grow. Technically, of course, and up to the expected level of accountability each of them can have. At eTAIL, people will rely on your self-study presentations and your critical thinking skills.
