This team works on products that are used by thousands of healthcare practitioners, with a very high growth rateCome and join Lifen Apps as a **Backend Engineer** to take a part in the highly needed healthcare transformation . The team is mainly using **RoR, Node and TypeScript.** **Your future Missions as a Backend Engineer** - Develop new features & maintain products already in production - Get new skills (for instance mail technologies) - Improve Developer experience by bringing improvements in tooling, methodologies etc. - Improve test coverage and CI pipeline alongside QA Engineers - This position is open to full-remote from France.**The profile we're looking for** A good technical background, 2 years of experience, to ship features that bring great products to the healthcare industry and work on cross functional initiatives to improve our engineering framework **Open minded and curious**: track record in at least one backend framework (Rails or Node) and eager to learn. ‍ **Result-oriented rather than Tech-addict**: "how can we ship something great to our customers?" is a better question than "what is the best technology / framework to work with?" **Pragmatic**: we're not looking for the best design ever, but for something that is strong (kiss/tested) and delivers value to our clients - ️ **Team player**: although speed is important, you value team work and want to dedicate time to bring people with you, learn from others, coach younger Developers, etc. **Languages**: you have good English and French communication skills to engage with all team members within the company. If you also have a knowledge of the healthcare industry, that's the icing on the cake - Caring together also means acting benevolently.
