**Missions and Responsibilities**
- Maintain and develop current SHEQ processes & procedures with relevant managers
- Role out of communication & activities across the Irish entity
- Coordination of procedures and SOPs across the entity
- Influence and work closely with heads of department and all team members to ensure understanding, buy in and compliance
- Auditing and tracking of compliance to external audits
- Report writing and presenting findings
- Tracking and recording all mandatory and relevant safety training to individual profiles
- Writing and sharing quarterly safety newsletter
- Providing cross-functional support, working closely together with the U.K team
- Run safety campaign implementation of new process change of Air Liquide
**Competencies and Profile**
- Master degree in safety and quality in supply chain management or equivalent
- Had experience of participating safety and quality training
- Experience of using EQMS software (Enterprise Quality Management Software)
**Additional information** Position based in Dublin, Ireland, for an initial period of 12 months, extendable once.**
