**The Bespoke / Structured Loan Department **of RiverBank’s Paris Branch originates, structures and monitors loans to French SMEs.

As part of the Department, the Origination team aims at originating deal opportunities through a network of partners and intermediaries: debt advisors, M&A advisors, debt brokers, private equity funds, banks.

RiverBank is looking for a highly-motivated Senior Originator / Sales profile to strengthen the Paris based Origination team to boost its growth and development on the French market.
- **Primary Responsibilities**:_
- Building and maintaining a network of distribution partners: debt and M&A advisors, banks, accountants, private equity funds, etc
- Sourcing new loan opportunities from the network
- Adjusting the origination strategy based on prevailing market conditions and market opportunities and to the bank’s risk appetite and strategy
- Signal market trends
- Propose and help develop new ideas, new products and new solutions
- **Skills required**:_
- 4 to 10 year-relevant prior experience in debt advisory, M&A advisory, corporate finance, structured finance, leveraged finance or private banking
- Excellent relationship and communication skills
- Sound credit and risk approach
- Enjoys team work, thrives in a fast paced environment
- Experience of the French SMEs and mid-cap / lower mid-cap environment is a plus
- Goal-driven and people-oriented
- Fluent French and English speaker
