We are looking for a seasoned manager, energetic, technology savvy and with an entrepreneurial spirit, who will handle delivery, change and support of IT systems, network & infrastructure of “La Samaritaine” Store and DFS France Head Office, working closely with Store business teams and Global IT teams (Infrastructure, Front Office, Service Management ).
The job covers a 10 000 square meters store with 100+ Points of Sale (POS), 250+ WiFi Access Points, 30+ 4G/LTE Access Points, 300+ 3D stereo cameras, 50+ Leased Brands customers, 600+ mobile devices (Android/iPhone) and 180 office users.
You will work on a daily basis with La Samaritaine Store Operations teams, but also with your peers in the Europe & Middle East region, and Global IT Teams based in Singapore.
- **Manage Business As Usual (BAU) activities**
- Maintain day-to-day operations in support of store operations, relying on an external local IT support team.
- Manage the local ITSM tooling and ITIL processes.
- Design and maintain a Service Catalogue, and ensure SLAs are respected.
- Manage the IT relationship with leased brands: shops openings, IT services setup & delivery, invoicing, etc.
- Resource Management such as vendor, contracts, budget planning and management, and invoice processing; ensure to be timely processing, review correctness and align to budget.
- Where appropriate, be the local change representative in Change Advisory Boards or Release Control Boards meetings. Able to explain and coordinate store related IT changes.
- **Proactively propose innovations and technologies for a better customer experience**
- Work closely with Global IT Teams (Front Office, Enterprise Systems, Infrastructure ), participate in the design of new IT Services or products.
- Support the Paris teams in their projects: intake, sizing, roadmap, etc.
- **Promote a Continuous Improvement culture**
- Ensure all store IT technical procedures (Installation, Configuration, Runbooks) are documented, updated and contribute to the maintenance of operational standards.
- Proactively engage with management to review successes and possible improvements.

**Key Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. At least 5 years’ experience in an IT Retail environment or a Technology service provider. ITIL and/or CCNA is a plus Proficiency in communication (speaking and writing) in French & English. Strong knowledge of Systems, Network & Security. Experience in retail, in an international context. Ability to work with managed services contracts and a broad portfolio of vendors and partners.
