Overview Alpha Anywhere’s 2-Hour Learning model drives child mastery in just two focused hours daily. At 2 Hour Learning, you’ll strategize and pioneer the evolution of this AI-powered education solution while converting vast volumes of AI-generated performance data into precise interventions that propel each learner toward 90% mastery and higher. What You Will Be Doing Construct highly accurate Academic Data Reports and perform systematic analysis to identify issues, detect anomalies, and initiate corrections within 48 hours. Conduct rapid-response intervention calls and deliver post‑assessment coaching sessions to eliminate blockers, distinguish knowledge gaps from errors, and sustain student motivation. Assess and deploy new educational applications and content while creating AI/LLM prototypes to advance learning strategies and address specific challenges. Collaborate with leadership to optimize tools, dashboards, and mastery thresholds as the AI tutor advances. What You Won’t Be Doing Attending endless meetings or delivering generic presentations with no visibility into actual outcomes. Grading papers, creating lesson plans, or administering traditional educational programs; AI and innovation power our approach. Working solely in high‑level strategy without execution or becoming trapped in routine tasks; this position is hands‑on and dynamic. Key Responsibilities Drive enhanced student learning outcomes through AI-powered analysis and real‑time academic insights, evidenced by improved metrics such as 2× learning velocity, app engagement, lesson comprehension, response accuracy, and decreased negative learning patterns across the Alpha Anywhere network. Basic Requirements Proven experience in data science or related role, education, EdTech, or a student-support position with both analytical and interpersonal dimensions. Proficiency in Google Sheets data analysis (lookups, pivot tables, filtering). High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a kid‑friendly coaching style. Experience building workflows and automations with AI. Nice‑to‑have Requirements Background in learning science, educational principles, or demonstrated success improving outcomes through data‑driven strategies. Experience with Generative AI, prompting techniques, and basic coding skills (Python, JavaScript, etc.) for querying AI APIs. About 2 Hour Learning Education is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be. They’re tearing down the outdated one‑size‑fits‑all model and replacing it with AI‑driven personalized learning that helps kids master academics in just two hours a day. At 2 Hour Learning, it’s talent and performance that matter. Working with us This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
