**What you will be doing**
- Designing and enhancing test content to uphold high educational standards using psychometrics and generative AI tools.
- Creating AI-assisted assessment rubrics to gauge the depth and educational impact of test content and learning materials.
- Overseeing the quality of learning content to ensure it is engaging, accurate, and effective.
- Interpreting test results and learning analytics to spot knowledge gaps and curriculum enhancement opportunities.
- Implementing learning science and mastery-based principles to refine curriculum and assessment strategies.
- Engaging in 'second brain' knowledge-sharing practices to contribute to and benefit from shared expertise.

**What you will NOT be doing**
- Manually creating test content or curriculum materials—AI tools will be your primary resource for content creation.
- Coding to automate systems—your focus will be on learning measurement and content design, leaving technical implementation to our engineers.
- Working in isolation—this role involves active collaboration with various teams and disciplines.

**Key Responsibilities**

Leverage your psychometric expertise to develop and refine test content utilizing AI, ensuring assessments are personalized, rigorous, and in line with educational standards. Contribute to the enhancement of our learning ecosystem through cross-functional collaboration and data-driven insights.
- Expertise in fields such as psychometrics, educational measurement, assessment design, standardized test creation, item writing, cognitive psychology in learning, educational data analysis, Item Response Theory, or computer adaptive testing.
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Strong grasp of learning science and mastery-based learning methodologies.
